We offer trade accounts with agreed rates, dedicated account management and the production flexibility to handle urgent turnarounds when client approvals come in late which they always do.
Standard lead time is 5–7 working days from approved artwork. For urgent requirements, we offer a 48-hour express service on most products. We always work backwards from your venue delivery date to ensure everything arrives on time.
Yes. We deliver direct to UK exhibition venues, timed to your allocated delivery slot. Graphics are labelled by stand number and element for easy identification during build-up. We can also deliver to your stand builder’s workshop if they prefer to receive materials in advance.
Yes, for complex installations. Our fitting teams can attend major UK venues during build-up to install shell scheme graphics, wall wraps, floor graphics and hanging structures. This is particularly useful for large-scale or multi-element stands.
We accept print-ready PDF, AI, EPS, PSD and TIFF files. Artwork should be supplied at full size or at a stated scale, in CMYK, at 150dpi minimum. If you’re working with a stand designer, we’re happy to liaise directly with them on artwork specifications.
Yes. This is critical for exhibitions where fabric backdrops, vinyl graphics and printed boards are displayed side by side. We use ICC colour management across all our output devices to ensure consistent brand colour reproduction regardless of substrate.
Yes. Our dye-sublimation fabric graphics are designed for multi-event use — they’re machine washable, crease-resistant and pack down compactly for storage. We also produce modular display systems that can be reconfigured for different stand sizes.
Our pre-press team can adapt, resize and prepare artwork for print. If you only have brand guidelines and raw assets, we can create print-ready files to your stand designer’s specifications. We’ll always supply a proof for approval before production.
There’s no minimum order. We produce single roller banners through to complete stand graphic packages. Pricing is based on substrate, size and quantity, and we’re happy to quote for any combination of elements.
