Kitting & Pack Assembly

For multi-site programmes, we kit materials per location pulling the correct items from stock, assembling them into site-specific packs, labelling with store details and including any assembly instructions, fitting guides or delivery notes required.

Kitting eliminates the on-site confusion of bulk deliveries. Each store receives exactly what it needs, clearly identified and ready to deploy. We handle kitting for rollouts from 10 to 500+ locations.

No. We offer flexible warehousing from single-pallet storage to dedicated bay allocation. Storage is charged per pallet space per week, with no long-term contract required. For larger ongoing programmes, we can agree fixed-rate storage packages.
Yes. We regularly kit for programmes with site-specific variations — different sizes, quantities or material combinations per location. Each kit is assembled to a pick list generated from your site data, labelled with store details and packed for safe transit.
We accept deliveries from third-party suppliers on your behalf. Incoming stock is checked against the delivery note, inspected for damage, booked into our inventory system and racked alongside your existing holdings. We confirm receipt and update stock levels accordingly.
Regular stock reports showing current holdings per SKU, intake, dispatches and any discrepancies. Frequency and format are agreed at setup — typically weekly or monthly. Automated low-stock alerts can be configured for critical items.
Yes. We distribute to individual addresses nationwide — stores, offices, sites, venues or home addresses. Each shipment is tracked, and we provide dispatch confirmation and proof of delivery data across the programme.
Standard dispatch is next working day for orders received before 2pm. For urgent requirements, we offer same-day dispatch on stock items. Phased rollout dispatches are scheduled in advance and released according to your programme timeline.
We can work with purchase order workflows, email-based ordering, shared spreadsheets or web-based portals depending on your requirements. For larger programmes, we establish an agreed ordering process at setup to ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
At campaign end, we conduct a final stock take and report remaining holdings. You can choose to have surplus stock delivered to a nominated address, held for future use, recycled or disposed of responsibly. We handle the logistics of whatever option you choose.
